Kuantan Welcomes the ACC Health Team
 

The 4-member team of the Adventist Health Community Centre and PEM Health Ministries Department headed by Jane Yap visited Kuantan Chinese SDA church for a weekend of health activities.

The event started with a Nutrition Lecture by ACC’s Nutritionist/Dietician, Ms. Rose Solano, on a Friday evening. The Sabbath was welcomed with a health message by Jane Yap who spoke on the topic of “Integrity” as part of CELEBRATIONS package. The worship concluded with a fellowship lunch, where the food was lovingly prepared by the members themselves.

In the evening, the church hall was a hive of activity when it opened its doors for a 2-hour health screening followed by another health lecture by Jane Yap. Lecture. Both SDA members and non-SDA’s enjoyed the lively lecture.

On Sunday, young and old participated in the now famous CHAROBIX followed by a cooking demonstration of vegetarian chicken rice. The event concluded with another fellowship meal shared by everyone who attended.

Truly, it was an amazing 3 days of witnessing for the Lord Jesus Christ using the Health Ministry as a tool.
