8-Weeks to Wellness Program Kicked off in Ipoh

Bercham Ipoh – As part of the outreach program in Ipoh churches together with the Living Spring Wellness and the Medical Missionaries assigned in Ipoh, 15 people, 8 being non Seventh Day Adventists were enrolled in this course entitled “8 weeks to wellness” which kicked off on 27th June at the Living Spring Wellness Centre. This program, which is composed of teaching people about healthy ways of preparing food as well as health lectures on different health topics will run for 8 weeks and will climax in a health expo in September.
